Now that school is starting up and the summer nights are immediately finishing we are gearing up for a fun autumn at our home! Many fall traditions, our family has but one of our favorite’s is spending time in the kitchen cooking. We were fortunate to be able to give our new Blendtec a twist! We love the amazing white stainless steel design and we used the WildSide jar and gathered our ingredients and got to work! I asked the kids for some input on what they needed to make, and no surprise – they needed cookies. So we decided to attempt an Oatmeal Cookie Protein Milkshake.
Its packed full of flavor and helps your chocolate cravings in the very best means! The oatmeal gives it a heavy frothy consistency that tastes amazing! It’s a wonderful refreshing oatmeal cookie flavored protein shake that the children love just as much as mother!
2 cups almond milk
3 frozen bananas
½ cup oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
Blend all the ingredients in your Blendtec WildSide jar and revel in!
