  1. Add pecans to Beat and Blendtec WildSide jar until you achieve desired consistency.
  2. Add salt, butter, nibs, sugar, vanilla. Pulse till you get a rough consistency and ingredients begin to bond.
  3. Once the crust mixture is done, scoop it out and press it into a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom if you have one. In the event that you don’t have a tart pan, you can even make this into an easy pie. Only make use of what you’ve got in your kitchen.
  4. Once the lemony crust is pressed into the pan, cover with tin foil and put it into the freezer as you move on to create the filling.
  5. Blend filling ingredients in Blendtec blender until a heavy chocolate pudding-like consistency is attained. Do the avocado and banana, or not over blend might become overly watery and the fats might separate. You flavor may also stop, and correct the amount of cocoa powder and coconut sugar to your liking. As you don’t want to make it too bitter or sweet, you only have to be careful!
  6. Cover with tin foil, after mixed, spoon the filling into tart crust, top with pecans for decoration, and go back to the deep freezer.
